Mrs. Eva Bratton Services for Mrs. Eva Bratton, 71, of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and sister of four Newark residents, will be in the chapel of the Jennings Funeral Home, Ft. Lauderdale, with burial following in Florida. Mrs. Bratton died Monday morning in Florida. She was born Eva Kissick, Aug. 8, 1901, in Mt. Perry. Surviving are her husband, Virgil Bratton Sr.; three daughters, Mrs. Russell Taylor of Glenford, Mrs. Louise Robinson and Mrs. Vivian Levine of Florida; a son, Virgil Jr. of Rockingham, N. C; seven sisters, Mrs. Margaret Clum of Baltimore, Mrs. Vera Davidson, Mrs. Dorothy Darkes, Mrs. Eleanor Shipley, and Mrs. Pauline Inscho, all of Newark, Miss Vera Kissick and Mrs. Donna Corbin, both of Mt. Perry; three brothers, Wilbur Kissick of Mt. Perry, Willis Kissick of Zanesville, and Elmer Kissick of Cumberland; 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. great-grandchildren. great-grandchildren.
