Miss Thompson was graduated from Bladensburg High School with the class of 1960. Mr. Oldfield is a graduate of Mansfield Senior High School in 1960 and both Miss Thompson and her fiance are students at Bliss College in Columbus. No date is being announced for the wedding. Mrs.

20 JEAN BONNET OF Palmetto, has announced the engagement and approaching marriage of her daughter, Mrs. Virginia Westberry, to Russell E. Sessor of Parrish, son of George Sessor of 667 Maple Newark. They are planning the marriage for 7 p. m.

Dec. 30 in the home of the mother of the bride-elect with only the family and a few close friends Mrs. Westberry Palmetpresentended to schools and is employed as secretary by the Sheff Chemical and Supply Co. Mr. Sessor attended Newark schools and is employed by the Ryder Truck Lines in Bradenton.

Gift Exchange Is Held by Field-Co Club After Dinner ELEVEN MEMBERS OF Field-Co Club met Monday night in Maple Inn for a dinner party. A gift exchange was held and games were played. Prizes were awarded to Mesdames Richard Helphrey, Donald Redding. Donald Myers, and Kenneth Seaman. Guests were Mesdames John Geller, Arthur Osborne, Jack Kelley, Robert Oberfield.

BAKED Mickles Local Red Cross Workers Are In Chillicothe Gift Shop MRS.

PAUL R. DITTER, Volunteers of the American sentative for the Red Cross at pital, and Mrs. Louis Schwartz, service of the Licking County tured at the gift shop at Chillicothe. Once again they exceeded their goal of 500 gifts to the Gift Shop conducted in the recreation hall at the Veterans Hospital in Chillicothe. A total of 588 gifts was delivered to the Gift Shop from the local chapter.

Nine Newark Gray Ladies served 156 hours at the Gift Shop on Dec. 7-8. The Red Cross also will deliver 72 table decorations made by the Newark Garden Club before Christ- mas. These are to be used on tables in the dining rooms on Christmas. DECEMBER MEETING OF THE Central Ohio Alumnae of Delta Delta Delta entertained the collegiate chapter and pledges with a pine tree party in the Tri-Delt House in Granville.

Dessert was served from a table centered with red chrysanthemums and pine. Hostesses for the afternoon were Mrs. Grisley, Mrs. John Grant, Chaney Ross, Mrs. Prank.

M. Van Fleet and Mrs. Howard Eddy. The tables were decorated with pastel net. Christmas trees and and 19 members were in attendance.

Invites Gamma Nu Sorority Members To McGirr Home Mrs. Clarence McGirr, 114 Fairmont entertained members of Gamma Chapter of Gamma Nut Sorority Monday night in her home. A Christmas party was held and gifts were exchanged among secret sisters. The traveling prize was won by Mrs. Francis Smith.

Following singing in the nearzero temperatures, the group met in the lounge of the Newark Terrace Motel and were served holiday refreshments. The next regular meeting of the group will be the Newark Terrace Motel, 8 p. m. Jan. 9.
