Mummy, 55, died in a Chicago Hospital at 8:30 a. Friday. He had been in ill, health for several years. Born in Mt. Dec.

20, 1908, he was the son of Thomas and Mary Jane Freeman Mummy. While living in Newark, he was employed by the Owens -Corning Fiberglas Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Thelma Inman, Mrs. Dor othy Myers, Mrs, Shirley Ellis, and Mrs. Linda Wiley, all of Newark; 15 grandchildren, five sisters, Mrs.

Victor Messina of Heath; Mrs. Ruby Halblaub, pf Fallsburg; Mrs. Marjone Hess, Josephine McElfresh, and Mrs. Laura Kay, all of Newark; two brothers, Warren of Mary Ann Township and Paul E. of Newark.

Three sisters and three brothers are dead. Burial will be in Wilson Ceme tery. Friends may call at the fun eral home after 7 tonight. Sandra Lynne St. Clair Graveside services were held at 2 p.

m. today for Sandra Lynne St. Clair, 2 1-2 month old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin St.

Clair of Rt. 2, Somerset. The infant was found dead in her crib Friday. She had been ill with measles. She was born at Bethesda Hospital in Zanesville, Jan.

30, 1964. Other survivors are a sister, Debra Diane; and a brother, Kirby Edwin, of the home; grandparents, Omer Hambrick of Columbus, Mrs. Pearl Ham brick, William St. Clair, and Mrs. Irene Sellers, all of Zanes ville.

William E. Jones Services for William E. Jones, of 605 S. 30th St. will be held Tuesday at the Mumaw Funeral Home in Lancaster, Calif.

Mr. Jones, 56, was pronounc ed dead on arrival at Newark Hospital at 10:55 a. ni. Thursday following a heart attack. Born May 25, 1907 in Shoals, Indiana, he was the son of Wil liam and Ella Ziggler Jones.

He was employed as an in spector for the Hughes Aircraft Company doing work at the Newark Air Force Annex. He is survived by his widow, Earlene Chaney Jones and a sis ter, Mrs. Pearl Carlson of San Francisco." Rutherford Services will be at 1 p. m. Monday at the Ross Henderson Funeral Home for Florance Rutherford of Rt 5, Newark. Mr. Rutherford, 84, died In Newark Hospital Friday where he had been a patient since April 1.

He had been in failing health the past six months. Born in Vanatta, July 1, 1879, he was the son of David and Elizabeth Lybarger Rutherford. Living in the Chatham vicin ity his entire lifetime, he was self employed as a painting contractor. Survivors are his widow, Phyl- lis two stpn sons Hopkins of Newark and Dean of Chicago; two step daughters, Mrs. Robert Brush of Newark and Mrs.

William K. Mason of Newark; 18 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a brother, John of Newark. The Rev. Kenneth Roach will officiate and burial will be in Wilson Cemetery. Friends may call at the funer al home after 7 tonight.
