Advocate, Newark, Mon. June 18, 1984 Managers buy Baldwin Piano CINCINNATI (AP) The Baldwin Piano Organ founded in 1862, is a Cincinnati owned and operated entity once again. Baldwin-United Corp. announced today that its subsidiary has completed the sale of all of its assets to a senior management group of the musical instrument company. R.S.

Harrison, chairman, and Harold S. Smith, president of the musical instrument firm, are heading the management group that has Baldwin-United Corp. for $52 million in cash. "In addition, the purchaser assumes virtually -all liabilities of the piano and organ company and certain liabilities of the related companies," said Peter A. Martosella president and chief operating officer of Baldwin-United.

The financing package i included a $65 million line of credit with General Electric Credit Corp. and a $25 million loan by Security Pacific Busi- General Electric Credit Corp. also has established a $90 million line of credit to finance retail receivables from sales of Baldwin's musical instruments. Lottery CLEVELAND (AP) Holders of two winning tickets correctly naming all six numbers selected Saturday night in the weekly "Ohio Lotto" game get to share a jackpot estimated before the drawing at $3.4 million, lottery officials said. The winning numbers were 7,24, 26, 27, 28 and 38. Lottery officials have yet to announce the exact amount of the jackpot and the identities of the two winners. The CorreXions number of players who correctly picked five of six numbers or four of six and what they win is also yet to be announced. Sales totaled $4,965,566, officials said.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy (Walters) Clectner; one son, John W. Clectner of Westerville; and one daughter, Lola Stukey of Hebron.
