UTICA WOMAN CITED FOR FAILURE TO OBEY TRAFFIC SIGNAL The Advocate I Friday, Feb. 6, 2009 Newark man arrested on robbery charges ADVOCATE STAFF REPORT NEWARK Newark police arrested a 22-year-old Wednesday they think is responsible for an October mugging outside a North Fourth Street gas station. 22, police were called to United Dairy Farmers and met with the victim, an employee of the store. She told police that as she was entering her vehicle at the end of her shift, an unknown man approached her. The man punched her in the face and mouth and took her purse, according to the documents. Subsequent investigation allegedly tied Glaister to the crime, an affidavit in support of Glaister's arrest states. He was at-large since a warrant was issued for his arrest Jan.
