The Advocate YOUR LIFE Sunday, June 18, 2006 Milestones ENGAGEMENT Parker Nichols Bill and Louise Price, of Newark, announce the engagement of their daughter, Angie Parker, to Brian Nichols, son of Pam Sex, of Newark, and Jerry Nichols, of Columbus. The future bride graduated from Utica High School and attended the University of Akron and Mount Vernon Nazarene University. She is employed as a construction manager assistant at Abercrombie Fitch. The future groom graduated from Lakewood High School. He attended Central Ohio Technical College and is employed as a bartender.

An Aug. 26 wedding is planned in Heath. 65TH ANNIVERSARY Wolfe Mr. and Mrs. George F.

Wolfe of Heath, will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary June 27. Dorothy "Dottie" Beabout and George F. Wolfe Jr. were married June 27, 1941, in the parsonage of East Main Street Methodist Church in Newark, by the Rev. Wayne Snider.

They are the parents of Richard E. Wolfe, of (near) Lancaster, and Nancy Miller, of Jupiter, Fla. They also have two granddaughters, a great-grandson and two great-granddaughters. Mr. Wolfe retired from Owens Corning Fiberglas after 43 years of service.

Mrs. Wolfe retired as the school secretary at Mound and Kettering schools in Newark and Garfield Elementary School in Heath after 28 years of service. Krocker DeBevoise Cathy and Ray Gough, of Newark, and Joel F. Krocker, of Perrysville, announce the engagement of their daughter, Sara Krocker, to Garth DeBevoise, son of Dr. and Mrs.

Gary DeBevoise, of Newark. The future bride graduated from Newark High School and Miami University (Ohio). She is employed by Kforce Professional Staffing of Tampa, as training coordinator. The future groom graduated from Licking Valley High School and Otterbein College. He is employed by Gerald Alexander of Ybor Square, Tampa, as account director.

A wedding date has not been set at this time. ENGAGEMENT Stypula Edds Tim and Roseann Stypula, of Granville, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Stypula, to Josh Edds, son of Mark Edds, of Westerville, and Carol Shearer, of Dayton. The future bride is a 2000 graduate of Granville High School and a 2004 graduate of Ohio University. The future groom is a 2000 graduate of Granville High School and attends Franklin University. A July 22 wedding is planned at St.

Edwards Catholic Church in Granville. A reception will be afterward at the Elks Lodge, Newark. The couple reside in Dublin. 35TH ANNIVERSARY McAnally Mr. and Mrs.

Lanney M. McAnally, of Newark, celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary June 12. Ginny L. Stumbo and Lanney M. McAnally were married June 12, 1971, at the Enon United Methodist Church, by the Rev.

Percy Stratton. They are the parents of Jennifer Fietsam, of Normal, and Dr. Aimee Allaman, of Hilliard. Mr. McAnally is the owner of McAnally Companies of Newark.

Mrs. McAnally retired from Park National Bank and is employed by the Granville Exempted School District. The couple will celebrate with a trip to Galveston, Texas. 50TH ANNIVERSARY Russell Mr. and Mrs.

Richard Russell, of Granville, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary June 16. Marjorie Leaning and Richard Russell were married June 16, 1956, at The Federated Church in Essex, N.Y., by the Rev. L.J. Morrow. They are the parents of Jeffrey, of Haverhill, Scott, of Granville, Suzanne, of Tupper Lake, N.Y., and Stephen, of Granville.

They also have six grandchildren. Mr. Russell retired from Shelly Company in Thornville. Mrs. Russell is a school care.

A family celebration is planned. Announce 50TH ANNIVERSARY ENGAGEMENT Wright Kunsman Wayne and Judy Wright, of Newark, announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie K. Wright, to Matthew Kunsman, son of Robert and Melinda Kunsman, of Bryan, Ohio. The future bride graduated from Newark Senior High School and Bowling Green State University. She is employed by State Farm Mutual Insurance.

The future groom graduated from Bryan High School and The Ohio State UniversityColumbus. Hei is employed by State Farm Mutual Insurance. A Nov. 11 wedding is planned at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Newark.

50TH ANNIVERSARY Walker Mr. and Mrs. James Walker, of Heath, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary June 17. Nancy Foster and James Walker were married June 17, 1956, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Newark, by Pastor C.M.

Danford. They are the parents of Mark (Carol) Walker, of Worthington, and Kristina (David) Conley, of Heath. They also have five grandchildren. Walker retired from Contour Forming Inc. Mrs.

Walker retired from Lakewood Board of Education. The couple will celebrate with at trip to Myrtle Beach and a family cookout at the home of their daughter, hosted by their children and grandchildren. 25TH ANNIVERSARY Triplett Mr. and Mrs. Troy E.

Triplett, of Newark, celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary June 14. Laura L. Campbell and Troy E. Triplett were married June 14, 1981, at St. Luke's Church in Vanatta, by the Rev.

Philip Cummings. They are the parents of Tyler and Alex, both of the home. Mr. Triplett is employed by The Golfworks. Mrs.

Triplett is employed by Amy's Hallmark. The couple celebrated at home with family and friends. your news Braden Mr. and Mrs. George D.

Braden, of Buckeye Lake, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary June 16. Ethel M. Clark and George D. Braden were married June 16, 1956, in Middleburg, Ohio. They are the parents of Donna Clary, of Minot, N.D., Ron Braden, of Buckeye Lake, and Jackie French, of Hebron.

They also have six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Mr. Braden retired from Rockwell International. Mrs. Braden is a homemaker.

An open house celebration was June 17 at the Buckeye Lake Youth Association. ENGAGEMENT Hall Yekisa Kerry and Kathy Stone, of Conesville, announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Hall, to Brent Yekisa, son of Marilyn and Roger Yekisa, of Heath. The future bride graduated from Riverview High School and Columbus State Community College. She is employed by Children's Hospital in Columbus as a clinical research associate. The future groom graduated from Heath High School and Wittenberg University.

He is employed by Columbus Children's Hospital Foundation as an associate director of Planned Giving. A July 23 wedding is planned at 2:30 p.m. at Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church in Heath. 40TH ANNIVERSARY Heigle Mr. and Mrs.

Robert D. Heigle, of Heath, will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary today. Ruth A. Lusetti and Robert D. Heigle were married June 18, 1966, at St.

Francis de Sales Church, Newark, by the Rev. Hannah. They are the parents of Cari Sue Heigle Wallace, of Richmond, and Bobby Hal Heigle, of Columbus. They also have three grandchildren. Heigle retired from Lakewood School District.

Mrs. Heigle retired from Newark City Schools. A celebration was May 27 at Harbor Hills Country Club, hosted by family and friends. 80TH BIRTHDAY Rine The family of Lottie P. Banks Rine are playing host to an 80th birthday celebration at 1 p.m.

The bride graduated from TriValley High School and Ohio University with a bachelor's degree in education. She is employed by Liberty Union Thurston Schools as a first grade teacher. The groom graduated from Granville High School and the University of Toledo with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. He is employed by Northcoast Research. After a Royal Caribbean Cruise to the Eastern Caribbean, the couple reside in Pataskala.

25TH ANNIVERSARY Bowen Mr. and Mrs. Terry Bowen, of Thornville, will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary June 19. Sheila Ice and Terry Bowen were married June 19, 1981, in Newark, by the Rev. Richard A.

Miller. They are the parents of Carly and Corey Bowen, both of Thornville. Mr. Bowen is employed by Anheuser Busch. The couple celebrated with their daughters.
