Both Bergerac And Wife File Divorce LOS ANGELES (AP) Actor Jacques Bergerac has filed for divorce from actress Dorothy Malone, a day after she sued him for divorce. Bergerac charged in his suit Friday that Miss Malone moved out of their Beverly Hills home Thursday with their children, Mimi, Diane, 14 months. Both Bergerac and Miss Malone, each 35, are demanding custody of the children and have charged each other with cruelty.
