Deaths And Funerals Clyde E. Wilson Services for Clyde Edgar Wilson, 66, of 227 Central will be 10:30 a. m. Wednesday in the chapel of Law and Sons Funeral Home, Utica, with Pastor Kennety J. Berry officiating.

Burial will be in Homer Cemetery at Homer. Mr. Wilson died Sunday evening in Licking County Memorial Hospital. He was born Aug. 10, 1904 in Utica.

Mr. Wilson was a barber. Surviving are his wife, Magdalena K. Wilson; three brothers, Stanley of Redlands, Karl of Cleveland, and Kenneth Walter of Heath. Calling hours are from 2 to and 7 to 9 p.

Nye died Saturday evening in Newark Convalescent and Nursing Inn. He was born Nov. 19, 1896 in Chillicothe. Mr. Nye retired from the Newlark Fire Department as a captain in 1942 after 23 years of service.

He had been a resident of Newark for the past 65 years, was a member of the American Legion Post 85, and a WW war Army veteran. His first wife, Gladys Stewart Nye, died in 1944, and his second wife, Oma Lucas Nye, died in 1964. Surviving are a a a a daughter, Mrs. Joseph McLean of Newark; and a grandson. McIntosh died Saturday evening in Licking County Memorial Hospital. He was born May 17, 1889 in Lima Twp. He had been a patient in the Newark Convalescent and Nursing Inn. Mr. McIntosh was a concessionaire at the Licking County Court House for 25 years.

He a member of the Eagles Lodge and Licking County Braille Club. Surviving is a brother, S. F. McIntosh of Newark. His wife, Amanda B.

McIntosh, died in 1964. Calling hours are from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. Mary A. Hankinson Services for Mrs.

Mary Ann Hankinson, 54, of Rt. 2, Gran-, in the chapel Morrow ville, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday Crouse Funeral Home, Granville, with the Rev. Kenneth Hankinson officiating. Burial will be in Fredonia Cemetery.

Mrs. Hankinson died yesterday afternoon in Licking County Memorial Hospital, where she had been a patient for 10 days. She was born Mary Ann Board, Dec. 18, 1916 in St. Albans Twp.

Surviving are her husband, Dale H. Hankinson; three sons, Richard Paul and Harold Dale of Granville, and David Michael of Newark; two brothers, Karl Board of Pataskala, and Charles Board of Alexandria; four sisters, Mrs. Emily Winegardner of Brownsville, Grace King of Alexandria, Mrs. Janette Montgomery of Johnstown, and Mrs. Bonnie Binkley of Columbus; and three grandchildren.

Calling hours are from 7 to 9 p. m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. m. tomorrow.

Lawrence T. Stedman Services for Lawrence T. Stedman, 63, of 1028 Harris will be 10 a. m. Wednesday in the chapel of Criss Brothers Funeral Home, with the Rev.

Robert E. Linter and the Rev. Donald Cass officiating. Burial will be in Wilson Cemetery. Mr.

Stedman died Saturday afternoon in his home. He was born Jan. 25, 1908 in Newark. Mr. Stedman was a retired employe of the Kaiser Aluminum Chemical a member of the American Legion Post 85, Carpenters Union, and a WW II Army veteran in the European Theater.

Surviving are his wife, Audra Van Atta Stedman; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Madeline Malloy and Mrs. Judy Tingler of Newark; two brothers, Charles and Stanley of Newark; a sister, Mrs. Charles Cooperider of New ark; three step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild. officiating. Burial will be in Alliance City Cemetery. Mr. Elges died Saturday morning in Alliance City Hospital. He had been ill for one month.

He was born Oct. 15, 1911 in Alliance. Mr. Elges was a repairman at the central office of the Ohio Bell Telephone Co. in Alliance for 42 years.

Surviving besides the one son are his wife, Helen Wallace Elges; and four grandchildren. Calling hours are anytime today. Spear, a senior from Murraysville, Pa. Guests included President and Mrs. Joel Smith and members of the English department who were on the staff when Prof.

Mahood retired in 1966. They include Dr. and Mrs. Dominic Consolo, Dr. Lentheiall Downs, Dr.

Quentin Kraft, Miss Nancy Lewis, Dr. and Mrs. Kenneth Marshall and Dr. and Mrs. John Miller.

Other guests were Miss Barbara Sternberger, Mrs. Elizabeth Apoollino and Mrs. W. T. Utter and the hosts Professor and Mrs.

Paul Bennett. 'Fun night' at final PTO meet The last meeting of the Garfield Elementary school PTO this school year will be Family Fun Night, featuring music, gymnastics, demonstrations, square dancing, and an art display. The festivities will begin 6 p. m. Tuesday with the school's chorus entertaining, followed by student square dancing.

New PTO officers will be installed by Donald Weaver, member of the board of education. Incoming president will be Robert Schwab, 490 S. 30th St. Graham named aide at Ag center Robert K. Graham has been appointed assistant superintendent of the physical plant of the Ohio Agriculture Research and Development Center, Wooster.

Graham is the son of Mrs. Robert K. Graham, 54 Westmoor Ave. Graham is a graduate civil engineer. He received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree from Ohio State University in 1964.

He is presently a lieutenant in the U. S. Navy, stationed at the Naval Air Development Center, Warminister, as assistant public works officer. He served two years as the shop engineer with the U.S. Naval Training Command in Morocco.

At Wooster, Graham will aid in the planning of new structures and remodeling existing facilities. He will assume his new post June 14. Veteran claims manager resigns Lewis H. Evans, first manager of the state's bureau of employment service office in Licking County, is retiring June 1 from the Cincinnati office. Evans was born in Newark, graduated from Ohio State University and returned here to work at the Consumer's Brewlery until he was appointed claims manager in March, 1939.

After six years, he was transferred by the state to Sidney. During World War II, he was western Ohio director for the War Manpower Commission and was named manager of employment services in the Cincinnati office in 1948. He and his wife have four children. County to contract for waste disposal program The Licking County sioners agreed this morning to contract with the Licking County Board of Health for the board's assistance in the maintenance and enforcement of a solid waste disposal program. Dr.

Geraldine H. Crocker, health commissioner, and Charles L. Lonsinger, president of the Licking County Board of Health, noted in a letter to the commissioners that such a program would include temporary storage of wastes, establishment of collection points, hauling controls, location of new disposal sites, and implementation of recyclying. Presently equipped and staffed to handle only the inspection of solid waste disposal sites, the board requested an additional sanitarian and a clerk. The commissioners received a $19,200 check from the Ohio Law Enforcement Agency for a radio communications system for the Licking County Sheriff's office.

Obtained from Safe Streets Act legislation, the money represents the government's share60 per cent of the new system. The county pays 40 per cent. commissioners plan to contract with the Weathervane Playhouse for the machine shed on the old county farm which the theater intends to renovate. Donald D. Hill told William Reid, 945-Fieldson Weathervane Playhouse producer, that a performance bond and liability must be included in the contract.

Weathervane Playhouse will also provide for bathroom facilities on the property. Concerning recent problems with payment of bills, Reid said that the theater "will have every one of our bills paid off by the 15th of The commissioners also read bids from Ralph H.
