The dinner was followed by members singing conducted by Mrs. Richard Krasure, after which Mrs. Bonham introduced the teachers, assistant teachers and workers of the Sunday Church School. The following past teachers were recognized, Mrs. Hazel Husbands, Mrs.

Mary Shannon, Mrs. Wayne Danmaker, Mrs. Clay Sheppard, Mrs. James Calloway, Jack Kelumlee, Mrs. John Carpenter, Mrs.

Catherine Williams, Mrs. Krnest Toothman, Mrs. Carl Salyers, Mrs. Thomas Ramsey and Mrs. Paul Phelan.

Harry O'Dell was chosen as teacher of the year for 1972 for his all around activities in the church and for his years of service as a teacher. Mr. O'Dell joined the church in August of 1959 and has either been a teacher or an assistant teacher since. He taught the Senior Youth Class for six years. Past teachers of the year will be honored in the Sunday morning worship serv ice.

Committee members were: Mrs. Richard Thompson, Mrs. James Elliott, Mrs. Richard. Frasure, decorating; Mr.

and Mrs. Ernest Toothman, program; Mrs. Clay Sheppard, Mrs. Ernest Toothman and Mrs. Hazel Toothman, Teacher of the Year committee; and Mrs.

Marian Wagner and Mrs. William Lane, chairman of the kitchen. Lemert Relief Corps 45 in the Memorial Building for a luncheon honoring the birthdays of Presidents Washington and Lincoln. The trustees of the Memorial Building and members of the Soldiers' Relief Commission were guests of the organization. Mrs.

Joseph Bader, president, conducted the business meeting. Donations were sent to the Xenia Home Band fund and the Junior Corps fund. Twenty-four hours of Red Cross, 1,357 hours of child care and 12 hours of volunteer service were reported. Mrs. Mary Brown was appointed assistant Red Cross volunteer.

Mrs. Edna Stevens Installed Mrs. Carl Hyre as junior vice president; Mesdames Delia Milless, conductor; Mary Maxwell, assistant; and Mrs. Goldie Offenbaker, first color bearer. The 90th annual convention will be June 10 to 12 in Dayton.

The following committees were appointed: Mrs. Brown, hospital; Mrs. Stevens, cards; Mrs. Brown and Mrs. Offenbaker, dining room; Mrs.

Bader, press correspondent; and Miss Catherine Browne, chairman, Mrs. William Bailey and Mrs. Hyre, auditing committee; Mrs. Elsie Bennett and Mary E. Waites, kitchen.

The charter will be draped for 30 days in memory of Mrs. Vernal Suhrbier. Mrs. Stevens won the attendance award. American Association University Women met at William B.

Miller School with the Art Guild of the Licking County Art Association as guest. Mrs. D. Diarmuid McSweeney, president, conducted the meeting. Members voted to send a donation to the AAUW fellowship Fund, which enables talented women to pursue advanced studies.

Mrs. Robert Russell, guest speaker, was introduced by Mrs. Arthur Grundies. Mrs. Russell has been an elementary art supervisor and a teacher of art in local junior and senior high schools.

A social hour followed with Mesdames Howard Hunter, chairman; Raleigh Pettegrew, Charles Bentz, Raymond Ulmer and Annamae Williams as hostesses. Alpha Gradale Sorority Church with Mrs. Paul Turner, presiding. Hostesses for the evening were Mrs. Turner and Mrs.

Jack Peck. Mrs. Edward D. Yarmett presented a program on the 10 Commandments. Next meeting will be March 5 attheYMCA.

Homemakers' Cass of Wright Memorial Church met in the home of Mrs. Ann Mae Huber, 421 Park with Mrs. Apes Kiger as co-hostess. Fourteen members attended. Next meeting will be in March.
